Growing up in a small town near San Francisco, I spent my time divided between sports and theatre. By pure chance I discovered the circus arts and with it, the perfect blend of the artistic and athletic. I spent many intense years studying under some of the world’s finest circus and variety artists to create a unique style of performance that combines technically challenging elements with dramatic and theatrical execution.
Moving to Berlin, Germany in 2017, I hit the ground running; creating and performing for events large and small. Within my first year in Berlin I was the aerial and acrobatic choreographer for Apassionata and their resident mega-show Equila in Munich, flew in the air with Helene Fischer, started coaching artists at the world famous Friedrichstadt-Palast, and opened Fl’air Studios in Berlin.
Before I moved to Germany, I was based in North America, working with various companies and shows including America’s Got Talent, The Ellen Degeneres Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Google, Emirates Airlines, P&O Cruises, Sea World San Diego, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and many more.
For five years and over 1,000 shows, I traveled with the equestrian performance company Cavalia, as an aerial hoop soloist and rotating pole specialist in their show Odysseo. Heavily involved in its creation, some of my aerial choreography and concepts are still being used on the tour.
In addition to being a Berlin aerial artist and choreographer, I also co-own Fl’air Studios. Fl’air Studios is Berlin’s premiere aerial training facility, artistic agency, and special event space. Through our classes at Fl’air and other workshops taught around the world, I am proud to teach and instill my passion of aerial arts and performance to others. I also enjoys traveling, cooking, photography, and web design.
Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.
