His workshops cover a broad range of subjects, from the artistic to the athletic; suitable for artists and athletes of all abilities. Brennan is also co-owner of Fl'air Studios in Berlin (Mitte), Berlin's premiere aerial training space. Fl'air Studios offers regular, full-time aerial classes, special workshops with international artists, open training, and space rental for photo/video shoots

About the Workshop

A unique workshop designed to help you rekindle your creative spark. Lots of laughter and learning in this creative session! We will focus on new ways to interpret and flow between moves and sequences using a variety improvisation and theatrical exercises.

This workshop will focus on imagination, musicality, theatrics, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. We will not be learning new tricks, but instead, finding new ways to approach and express with what we already know. The first half of the workshop we will cover ground and dance based improv exercises and then we will take to the sky for the second half.

  • Best on Hoop or Silks
  • Students must be comfortable staying in the for multiple sets of 5-10 minutes.

About the Workshop

Get ready to spin! We will cover different ways to start and stop spinning sequences and some basic principles. There are so many ways to incorporate spins into your aerial routines and this is a great place to learn the basics or perfect your technique.

Students will also learn a variety of strength and flexibility exercises to continue to improve their form and boyd shape to allow them to spin faster. And of course, I'll share some of my secrets on how to avoid or minimize being dizzy!

  • Good for All Levels
  • Bring lots of water, some bananas and/or ginger. Be prepared to take several rests through the workshops when you get dizzy.
  • Workshop can also be modified to suit single point trapeze, straps, or silks.

Target specific problems in your routine, or get over your creative blocks. Gain a better understanding of how to incorporate musicality, speed, and transitions into your routine. Come with an existing routine to improve, or we can work together to create a new one. Available for students of all levels as privates or semi-privates
